The Door Is Open but the Service Is Still Unsatisfactory

Original cat comedy · Short read · Fiction

Support: We understand your door is now open. May we close the case?

Customer: No.

Support: What seems to be the remaining issue?

Customer: The room is exactly the same as before.

Support: Were you expecting changes?

Customer: There was a closed door. That implied something.

Support: Doors do not necessarily indicate new content.

Customer: Then why close them?

Support: We have referred this question to Human Operations.

Customer: Also, the human is asking whether I am coming in.

Support: Would you like to enter?

Customer: I would like the option to enter without the burden of being asked to decide.

Support: Understood. We will classify this as an access issue rather than a travel request.

Customer: She has closed it again.

Support: Please reopen your ticket.

Customer: That is what I have been trying to do.

Internal note: The door now functions correctly, but the customer is standing on the other side requesting assistance in the opposite direction. Recommend assigning a permanent representative to this location.
